Hello and welcome to the new Home Farm Fowls website!
It's going to take some getting used to from the old site but basically it's the same format with the menus on the left, not as eggy but sadly some things had to go... We've tried to seperate things into sensible catagories as we felt the old site was a little unweildy and tough to find products.
As there's so many catagories here you might think the same thing will happen but if you watch the 'breadcrumb' trail grow underneath the green banner above you'll see it's very easy to step back a page or more at a time.
There's a search facility here now so if you know what you want it's easier to get straight to it or you can type in keywords and suggestions will appear.
You can also pay by credit card using the secure payment processing through the paypal system, it's safe & secure and you don't need a paypal account to use it.
Of course you can still phone your orders through and call for advice as before.
The best changes however are the shipping costs; they are now linked to the size & weight of the products so they'll reflect the actual shipping cost.
You'll also have the option of signing up for an account which will enable you to track your order online and you can also select to receive emails on breakthrough products & promotions should you wish to.
An account isn't neccersary to order though but although we'd be wary of signing up to receice spam too we thought it was a worthwhile addition to the site.
The biggest change here is the birds; what started out as a business to support and advertise our birds and our hobby has been so succesful and coupled with the lack of space we now have here in Kent has meant that all our breeding birds have now gone.
That was a tough decision for us and made harder by some of our birds moving to Licolnshire before us but we know they're happy where they are.
